These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Laukra website and your purchase of goods from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, branding, product designs and downloadable materials, is owned by or licensed to Laukra and protected by UK intellectual property law.

• Browse the website
• Print or download extracts for personal, non-commercial use

You must not:

• Reproduce, distribute or exploit content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Copy or recreate product designs for resale
• Introduce malicious software
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems or servers

We reserve the right to suspend access where misuse occurs.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

We may suspend or terminate accounts where:

• False information is provided
• Fraud or misuse is suspected
• These terms are breached

4. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods.

A legally binding contract is formed only when:

• Payment is successfully processed, and
• The order is accepted and prepared for dispatch

For personalised items:

• Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once production has started

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

• Payment is not authorised
• Goods are unavailable
• Pricing errors occur
• Fraud or misuse is suspected

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

5. Product Descriptions & Personalisation

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate.

However:

• Colours may vary due to screen settings
• Natural materials (e.g. wood, slate) will vary in tone, texture and finish
• Personalised items are created using customer-provided text and/or images

You are responsible for:

• Checking spelling, grammar and design details before ordering
• Ensuring uploaded images are high quality

We are not responsible for:

• Errors submitted by the customer
• Poor image quality affecting final results

Minor variations do not constitute a fault.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery costs and timeframes are shown at checkout.

Important conditions:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address
• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or external factors

If a parcel is returned due to:

• Incorrect address
• Failure to collect

You may be required to pay additional postage for re-delivery.

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.

7.1 Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

If goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

You must:

• Notify us within 30 days of receipt
• Provide photo evidence where requested

7.2 Non-Personalised Goods

You have:

• 14 days to notify us of cancellation
• 14 days to return goods

Conditions:

• Items must be unused and resaleable
• Return postage is your responsibility unless faulty

7.3 Personalised Goods

Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty.

7.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of:

• Receiving returned goods, or
• Receiving proof of return

We refund standard delivery costs only.

Deductions may be made for excessive handling.

8. Digital Products

All digital products are licensed, not sold.

By purchasing, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal or business use.

You must not:

• Resell, share or redistribute files
• Claim designs as your own

Refunds are not provided once access or download has begun, unless faulty.

9. User-Submitted Content

By uploading images or content, you confirm:

• You have the right to use them
• They do not infringe third-party rights

We reserve the right to refuse content that is:

• Offensive
• Illegal
• Infringing copyright

10. Limitation of Liability

We supply goods for domestic and private use.

We are not liable for:

• Business losses
• Loss of profit
• Indirect or consequential losses

Nothing excludes liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or misrepresentation

11. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.

12. Promotions & Discounts

Discount codes:

• Must be used within stated terms
• Cannot be combined unless stated
• May be withdrawn at any time
