Laukra was born from a journey rooted in creativity, teaching, and resilience. I first began my career as a nursery practitioner, where alongside caring for children, I became the “creative one” — filling windows with hand-drawn designs that brought joy to the little ones. From there, I moved into full-time swimming teaching, developing my own equipment for baby lessons and eventually managing multiple areas within a swim school including their social media platforms.

It was during this time that I discovered a passion for design, creating engaging social media posts and graphics for the swim school. When I was later diagnosed with a lifelong condition that made it difficult to teach as much as I wanted, I turned to creativity as a new path forward. That’s how Laukra was created — a place where I could bring together my love for design, organisation, and helping others, transforming ideas into personalised merchandise, branding, and digital solutions.
